Come Join Adelante as our Destination Accessibility Equipment Technician & Driver and play a key role in making Albuquerque a more accessible city!

As part of a team, this position is part-time and maintains mobility equipment including wheelchairs and powerchairs, delivers equipment to customers, assists customers with equipment orientation, and helps coordinate backend operations including equipment reservations and customer inquiries.

What You'll Do: 

• Plan and coordinate daily equipment deliveries and pick-ups across the city

• Deliver wheelchairs, powerchairs, and mobility equipment safely and on time

• Show customers how to properly assemble, use, and transport their equipment

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and answer questions with patience and care

• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and running smoothly

• Monitor reservations and ensure equipment availability is accurate

• Complete rental agreements and process payments correctly

Schedule & Pay:

Job Type: Part-Time | Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Pay from: $16.00 per hour

Education and Experience:   

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.  
• One (1) year general work experience required. 
• Commercial driving experience, customer service and knowledge of mobility equipment preferred. 

Other Requirements:  Must pass pre-employment drug and TB screen, and Agency, Federal and State Department of Health background investigations.  Additional background investigations may be required depending on the job assignment.  Must have and maintain a valid NM driver's license.  Must have own, reliable transportation and an insurable driving record.
