Quality Admin - ISO
General Description of Duties: Facilitates operations of the department Quality Control Program by conducting hands-on training for newly assigned personnel in ISO procedures. Understands all assigned building orientation, cleaning standards, safety, security procedures, task and frequency cleaning schedules for assigned facilities for FSS/Enterprises, chain of command, conducts ancillary training to insure competencies as required for ISO procedures for all assigned buildings and contracts. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of all contract specifications, inspection methods, cleaning procedures, cleaning schedules, working hours, and inventory control procedures; assists in monitoring each contract to insure all security requirements, safety guidelines and hazardous material handling procedures are adhered to; conducts in the depth inspection of all contracts in accordance with the applicable inspection schedule; documents and reports all discrepancies and/or non-compliance; handles or refers customer complaints to the appropriate manager. Performs those administrative functions assigned to include but not limited to quality control inspection and training reports; Issuance, logging, tracking, recovery of and close out for Non Conformance, Corrective Action and Preventive Action, Incident, injury, and quality assurance reporting. Monthly trend recognition and analysis reporting, file maintenance, correspondence processing, operation of computer hardware and suspense controls.
Education and Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. Two years work experience in custodial QC program and workplace training preferred. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Have the ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures. This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, supervisors and co-workers. Have skill in attention to detail and quality and the ability to apply and instruct others in an easy understandable manner. Have the ability to operate computer hardware and various software applications, specifically Excel and Microsoft Office.
Other Requirements: Must pass TB test and background check. Must have own reliable transportation, valid NM drivers license, insurable driving record and proof of current liability insurance. Must have effective verbal communication and writing skills. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, lift and carry 40 lbs frequently.
